Lionel Fermin is the founder and CEO of GlobaTech Solutions, helping organizations make smarter technology decisions through managed IT, cybersecurity, and strategic technology leadership. A Marine Corps veteran with more than 20 years of experience, he combines graduate education in information systems with real-world executive leadership to help businesses reduce risk and prepare for future growth. Outside of work, Lionel enjoys ranching, fitness, and spending time with his family.
